The Woombye Bowls Club can cater for all types of functions and events including corporate dinners, birthday celebrations, work or christmas parties.

Our team will be more then happy to work with you to create the perfect event and ensure that your function is tailored to your individual requirements.
To confirm a booking, a $100 deposit is required and will be put towards costs on the day.
Venue Hire
Dining Room - 100pax seated / 200 stand up
Bar - 50pax seated / 100 stand up

After our regular closing hours (10am-6pm), a room hire charge of $100 per area will be applied regardless of number of guests.
Friday nights after 4pm are not available for hire.
Barefoot Bowls
Barefoot Bowls can be included as an activity within your function with a charge of $5 per head.
This charge includes use of our club’s bowls and equipment. We will also organise one of our bowling members to help get set up on the green and a quick rundown on how to bowl.
There is no time limit for how long or little you can be on the green however due to competitions days, some days will be unavailable.
